First table foods
When you started introducing table foods, where did you start and how much? Bananas, avocado and pastina seem like easy ones because they're nice and soft already. But what else? I really want start introducing more foods but I'm petrified of choking. I don't want my apprehension to stop my LO from starting to eat more table food.
** DS is 7.5 months old and eats stage 2 foods, cereal, yogurt. I give him a few puffs and yogurt melts every do often to give him the idea of new textures and using his gums for chewing.

Sweet potatoes are good too. You can get one of those mesh things and put fruit like watermelon in it. My DS used to love that.

Everything we ate that was soft.
Pancakes, meatloaf, meatballs, cheese, pasta, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, steamed veggies, etc
