Infant Motrin
Hyland teething tablets
Scented plastic bags for poopy diapers although I never really use them bc there's always a garbage can around
I also carry an insulated thermos bag with ice water in a sippy
Cut up grapes
Pouches
Other snacks to keep cool
Edit. Dd is 12 months.

What's in your diaper bag?!
I have much less than you ... but two other things I keep are empty plastic ziplock bags (to store poopy diapers if there's no garbage around) and a thing of bennadryl (hey, you never know)

What's in your diaper bag?!
Diapers, wipes, a few cars and probably some pretzel crumbs.
I tend to travel super lite unless we are going to be out for the day...then its usually just an extra pair of clothes.

What's in your diaper bag?!
I have one small bag so my wallet, keys, phone, chapstick for me. Then diapers, wipes, changing pad, a granola bar, yogurt pouch, wet ones, and some reusable bags. I usually just carry one water bottle for DD and I to share.

Yes, of course! Sunscreen. One for faces and one for body.
Also 2 books.
Gosh, I really don't know why people tell me my bag is heavy and I should keep it in the car!!!

If I need things to be cold on a particular trip I take the fridge to go for things like milk or cheese or yogurt etc

Diapers, wipes, crime, hand sanitizer, changing pad, toys, books, snacks (puffs/Cheerios and pouches), hand cream, Advil for me, gum, cough drops, soppy cups, sunscreen. Then whatever else I need for that day. Oh and poop diaper bags and those plastic place mats.

As little as possible
I limp as it is, carrying twins, my big butt, belly, and a diaper bag is a daunting task. If I'm just running for a short class/activity for an hour, I stuff 2 diapers and a travel pk of wipes in my purse.
Otherwise, I got a small diaper bag on purpose . I used to have formula and 2 bottles in it, got rid of those 
Now:
4 diapers
1 little tube triple butt paste
1 tiny tube of Vaseline
Wipes
A small tube of sunscreen
2 onesies
Lip gloss, mints, and a small ziplock with cheddar bunnies.
If I know we will be out awhile, I add 2 toys or my iPad.

I have a small diaper bag (for short trips out) and a large one. But with my 1 y/o and a newborn its gotten filled pretty quick!
Diapers for both kids
wipes
changing pad
change of clothes for both kids
extra onesie for DD
balmex
sunscreen
blanket
burp cloth
extra pacifiers
hand sanitizer
I keep my stuff in a wristlet that I just throw in before we go somewhere.

Diaper bag is way overloaded.
