No prep foods
we are renovating our kitchen and the first week of pity diners delivered by parents and neighbors is over. I prepared a little bit ahead of time but there is definitely a lack of variety. Any suggesting that would be easy to make for 15 month old DD (and mommy and daddy too)

Do you have a fridge to keep food? A slow cooker meal would be easy and have no prep. You can do soups, chili, chicken etc. I agree with grill, you can make pizza, steak, chicken, potatoes, any veggies with pretty much no prep. Panini maker? You can make different sandwiches / grilled cheeses....

Do you have a toaster oven? When we redid the kitchen I bought a hot plate and lived on that and my toaster oven. You can make any small meal that way. And def a grill.
