Toddler sleep help
DS is 14 months old and goes to sleep around 7pm. He wakes up around 5 am everyday extremely cranky. He takes 1 2-3 hour nap a day.
Any suggestions on how to get him to sleep longer or wake up happy?

Toddler sleep help
Can you but him to bed later. He is getting a good amount of sleep just waking up so early. I'm not a morning person at all so I would do anything to get him to sleep later. Move his nap later in the day to he can stay up unt 8-830. Maybe he will sleep later.

Toddler sleep help
We tried putting him to bed at 8 and he was still waking at 5 so we went back to 7. He usually naps around noon.
