Anyone have extra Neocate?
That they'd be willing to sell me or lend me until we get our insurance approvals?
My twins still have blood in their stools after a month on alimentum / nutramigen. They are so fussy and I was just looking for like 4-5 cans to hold us over until insurance approves it (they cover it).

Did you ask the dr or the gi is they have any samples to hold you over?

Cvs in coram on 112 had some last week. I was in the same situation. Your insurance should be able to reimburse you.

Anyone have extra Neocate?
You can also order right off the neocate website. I saved my receipts and plan to look for reimbursement. Neocate will also send you a free sample (one can) if you call them. They usually send it very quickly. We got it the next day.

I was in the same boat last night. I called a ton of There is a fb group called Long Island formula and baby food that I bought a can off of a girl for 20 a can. If you want her name I can message you. One other girl is lending me two cans tomorrow too.

I had to buy a few cans when my dd was young before insurance could get it to me. I called every CVS in the area and used elecare and neonate interchangeably until my insurance got it for us. The GI was also able to give me a few cans to hold me over. I found CVS on Patchogue-Holbrook Rd usually had it.

Thanks. The ped didn't have any more samples. I found a small pharmacy in bay shore that has a few cans, so we are going there and hoping that insurance will reimburse us the $50/can!!
