Diarrhea a sign of cutting a tooth?
Dd is about to cut her two top teeth and today she's had 3 diarrhea diapers. My friend said it's a teething thing? Dd didn't have that when she cut her other teeth.

Ds never has anything when cutting.
The only reason I knew he was cutting sometimes is cause his teacher would tell me.

When DS cut his two bottom teeth he had horrible diarrhea (for only two days). The ped said it was do to excessive saliva and an increase in bacteria.

Diarrhea a sign of cutting a tooth?
Every single tooth my DS has cut has given him anywhere from slight to serve diarrhea. My ped said that one has nothing to do with the other but I see the correlation. He just cut 2 molars and finally had a solid movement two days later.

Yes. The doc explained it to me as the extra saliva from teething changes the ph in the poop causing diarrhea
