Party favor.. More ideas

For DS's 3rd birthday we are having a Despicable Me "minion" theme.
So far I have the large yellow shovel and pails and a Despicable Me book. I am going to make a minion face to put on the pail. I was also thinking of putting in a Twinkie. What else would you put in? I don't like small favors you wind up tossing. I like something kids would use. Figured it may seem too empty with the book, but don't want to spend too much more bc the book and pail were good. I also got yellow and blue paper to put in the bottom.

ETA - changed the subject line. LOL! Not sure why I put "meow idea" when I meant to put "more ideas" Chat Icon Darn autocorrect on Iphone.

I wouldn't put in anything else. I too hate all the little garbage tht ends up in the garbage in a minute. I'd fluff it with the tissue paper and be done. If you really want to put in something else, maybe some tattoos -- kids love them.

I agree that's plenty. For DDs 2nd birthday recently I did a small bag of animal crackers and a Dumbo Golden Book. I put those crinkled paper strips in the bag to beef it up. As a parent - the less things the better.

eta: I wouldn't even do the twinkie.

Thanks! I agree... I was debating about the twinkie, but thought it was funny to go with the theme. Instead of the twinkie I may do beach ball bc I saw them real cheap on oriental trading. This way if we have extra they can always be used in the backyard.

Thanks all!
