Pool party from 1-3 schedule?

When would you serve lunch and cake?

A. Let them swim from 1-2. Then lunch/cake and back in pool if time allows

B. Swim from 1-145. Lunch til about 215. Pool for another half hour then cake?

How old are they? I'd probably feed them first - then let them hit the pool. They're not going to want to get out of the pool to eat if they're little kids .......

Swim then food. I'd probably do stuff that can stay room temp though bc I figured with most pool parties once kids are in they don't get out. Leave the lunch out for most of the time in a shady spot and they'll pick when they want to. Only time people come out of the pool is to sing for birthday cake.

swim then food, so I guess I'm leaning towards A. I'd say an hour in the pool first and then an hour for food/cake.

Thanks everyone. That's originally what I was going to do...but then w a s thinking are they going to want to get out and not get back in!?!? Guess we'll just roll with the punches!
