What is the schedule and routine like for your 16 month old?

Dd wakes around 730 (some mornings 630 and rarely 830). Assuming a 7:30 wake up, breakfast around 8:15, snack (fruit or yogurt) around 10:30, 8oz bottle and nap from about 12:30-2:30. Dinner around 6, 8oz bottle and bed around 7:45pm

wow now that its still so bright DD stays up til 8:30ish. I could never get her to sleep earlier, lol

Here is DS's rough schedule:

430-530am Wake and have bottle of milk, usually go back to sleep until 7ish

7-8am- Wake, play

8-9am- Breakfast

10-11am- till 12-1pm- Nap (sometimes has a snack before nap, depends on the day and how much he had for breakfast)

1pm- Bottle of milk followed by lunch.

3pm- snack

430pm- bottle of milk

530pm- dinner

630pm- bed

DS wakes up around 7am and has a 6oz bottle. Shortly after, he has breakfast and sometimes a mid-morning snack. Lunch around noon. Naps for about 2 hours in the afternoon, then another snack. Dinner around 6:30/7pm. Bath. Then bed at 8:30pm.

6-730 sometime in that range wake up and 6 oz bottle milk
8-830 breakfast
snack in there somewhere (Milk offered in sippy)
1130/12 Lunch (milk offered in sippy)

12 or 2 or whatever! is nap usually about 1.5 hours sometimes more! We do not enforce strict nap schedule cause we wanted him to be flexible with that since he is born and it worked! At day care he does 12 routinely though.

6/630 Dinner
8/815 8 oz milk bottle
845/9ish bed

We have a sippy with water around all day and all meals. He is in day care, so we are pretty much on their breakfast, lunch and snack schedules.
He refuses milk in a sippy so pretty much won't drink it during the day now.

wake up between 6 & 7, chill in bed with me till my alarm goes off. Bring her to my parents around 7.

She usually has a sippy with Milk at that time.

Breakfast around 8/830

My dad takes her for a walk around 10 to she will usually nap for an 1 1/2 - 2hrs.

Lunch when she wakes up.

Dinner when we get home around 615/630

Milk around 7:30/8.

There is no bedtime. She can fall asleep any time between 730 & 10

These are all estimates, nothing ever happens the same every day.

My DS is just about 15 months but he's been on this schedule since forever.

Gets up between 6:30-7am.

Breakfast/Playtime

Naps around 9:30am for 2-3 hrs.

Lunch when he wakes up

Mid-afternoon snack

Dinner around 5:30

In bed for the night at 6:30

Occasionally he will take an afternoon nap but it's pretty rare. If he does I have him up by 5 so he still goes to bed at the same time. He's been off bottles since 12 months so he has sippy cups of milk with meals, water sippys in between.
