Returning at Buy Buy Baby
Does anyone know if BuyBuyBaby takes returns with a box or receipt? I purchased the MamRoo fit DS last week and he hates it. Screams Everytime I put him in iys. I just moved and the box and receipt got thrown away.
It was $$$ I hate to waste the money.
He has never used it. Sat in it 3 tone for maybe 5 seconds

They have for me but made it clear they were making an exception. Was it on your registry? That would help.

I have noticed them getting more strict. If it's not on your registry you can add it, then call the 1800 number to say that it was purchased. Wait a few days and return it. It's shady but I think it would work.

Ita - add to your registry and you should be fine. They may give you a hard time but they should take it
