A quiet toddler is never a good thing
Wish I could post a pic from my phone. This morning getting dressed, 13 month dd walking around. Thought she was in her room. Walk into kitchen and she is covered head to toe in dog food, wet and dry. She likes to take dry dog food out of his bowl and put it in the water bowl but I guess the dog didn't finish his dinner so it was squishy. And she was eating it too. Good mom that I am I ran to grab the video camera instead of taking it away from her.
Kid is obsessed with dog food.

everytime DS walks past the dog dishes, he has to dump the water on the floor. It's like a compulsion and he can not control himself.

DD can't control herself if she sees the bowls. She gets so excited and will try and climb through my legs to get to it. The water bowl is like a water table to her and the combo of the dry food and water is too much for her. I just wish she didn't eat it but I've given up with that fight. Its all natural so figured it can't hurt her too much.

DD has done the same thing several times with our dog around that age too. Picky eater, but enjoys dog food.

Ugh, my DD's love to do splash fights with the dog's water bowl 
If it makes you feel any better, I would have grabbed the camera too.

LOL!! This is one reason I don't want a dog!
Oh, and I too grabbed the camera before a towel when DD poured a Costco can of crushed tomatoes all over herself! She looked like "Carrie", but with the grin of The Joker! LOL!
