Napping at daycare
DD is 21 months and is in daycare 3x a week. (Come July 1, she'll be there 5x a week.) The name time in her room is about 2 hours. When DD is home, she sleeps anywhere from 2.5-3 hours, so she is clearly not getting enough at daycare. She is overtired and just so much fun when she gets home  Is this something I should bring up at daycare? Should I just adjust her bedtime? I am going to go nuts if she's like this all summer long! What do we do?

Had the same issue with DS. We went super early in the morning and they only nap 2 hours. Never brought it up to daycare bc I know they follow a schedule. Try putting her to bed earlier.

Most daycares follow a schedule so they won't let your child sleep longer than the time.
They will adapt.

YOu can ask them to let her sleep longer or don't wake her - I did that. The problem though is the other kids wake up and probably wake her up anyway...try an earlier bedtime.

I know some day cares that will let the child keep napping, rather than waking the child up. But if the kids in the room start to get loud, there isn't much the day care can do.
