Calling all nursing moms
Are you still taking prenatal vitamins? If no, at what point did you stop?

I switched to a regular multivitamin when I got home from the hospital. The breakdown of the vitamins is essentially the same.

Re: Calling all nursing moms
I was told by my OBGYN to keep my prenatal so that's what I do (when I remember). I essentially never stopped taking it, since I nursed DD until she was 2 and then I got pregnant w/DS.

I take it until I stop nursing, as per my OB.

I stopped around 10 months because I got lazy. My OB and ped said a multi is fine - you don't need a prenatal.
