I'm sick
Sore throat and the whole 9 and I have a six week old. I know I was contagious before I showed symptoms so I have already exposed him :/. DH is taking over so i can stay away from this point and so I can rest it off...but I'm worried and feeling guilty. I have been so cautious not to expose him to others and now I'm sick! I know he will be around it eventually but I wanted to shield him just while he is so tiny. I guess this is mostly a vent but any tips/advice are welcome. Btw I'm not breastfeeding, which I know would help in this case.

There isn't much you can do. I've gotten a lot of colds this season and DS has never gotten sick from me. I just try to avoid breathing directly on him while I feed him.
Babies will get sick, so you can't feel guilty.
