Whatever you feel comfortable with is fine. All of my friends' kids call me by my first name. But my best friends' kids call me Aunt "first name".

I would die if anyone called me "Mrs. ___". That's for old people who need to be respected because of their age! 
I introduce myself by my first name and that's what I want to be called. On the other hand, when DS starts having friends from school and playdates, he will be calling them "Mrs. Old Lady" unless otherwise instructed by Mrs. Old Lady. LOL

but my ive been around my bil since he was 5 and all of his friends call me Angela
Theres no way in hell anyone that knows me would call me Mrs. Follo... and when my kid gets older her friends will call me by my first name

First name or DD's mommy. I really don't like the formal Mr/Mrs. thing but we have one set of parents that INSIST their kids call us that.  Makes me feel old. I let DD call them by their first names and they have never said anything or corrected us so guess it's just how they want their kids to address people.

Whatever they or their parents are comfortable with. I don't care at all. First name is fine. Mrs.__ would feel too formal I think.

I live in NC and 90% of my friends have their kids call me Ms. Liz. I used to be a teacher so I'm used to it, but I would prefer just liz.
