I lost 15" and 9.6 lbs after baby 2..
First round, lost 10" & 52 lbs( in 21days) then round 2, 5" & 4.4 lbs. (21dats) Just soo happy! I know most of you are moms like me with limited time! My baby just turned 4 months yesterday and I am 2,6 lbs away from pre prego weight but I almost have a 6paxk!! Woohoo!!
Just super proud  On to round 3!!

Congrats but not sure what all the rounds mean.
Glad you have a 6 pack though.

Round 1 is baby #1, and round 2 is baby #2.
ETA: Actually, maybe not.  I just saw she said onto round 3 and her baby is 4 mos old! lol
My new guess is each round is 21 days of some sort of super strict diet/exercise regimen?

No not strict diet regimen. 21 days of clean eating, and an exercise program & shakeology. I even had wine and pizza. :)

Thankyou! It's like a 4.5pk.
It just takes 21 days to complete. Called the 21dayfix. So you do it for 21 days and that's a round. Really you learn so much that you just learn new habits, So I did t completely stop and just go back to eating just anything. :)
Prego with twins how old are they? My sister due with twins aug1 :)
