Pre-E / 2nd Child Q's

For anyone that had pre-e and decided to have another child - did you do anything differently? - Did you have additional tests/different doctors/decided against having another child naturally/adotion, etc? I realize this may be very personal, so if you prefer, I would appreciate any insight you might be able to share thorough FM.

I had high BP and severe swelling throughout most of the 3rd trimester with my first pregnancy. I was put on bed rest 1 month before my EDD and induced at 38 weeks. My BP went back to normal after delivery. I had a fairly mild case compared to what I know others have gone through. I had absolutely no BP issues during my second pregnancy.
