Berries around 6 mo bc they had the berry melts. Citrus about 9 mo.

Dd has had berries in her purees starting at about 6/7 months. She eats blueberries like it's her job every morning starting at 9 months. Haven't done strawberries yet or citrus. I'm sure I could at this point, but just haven't.

I just wanted to say that berries in things like yogurt melts or even yogurt is not the same as fresh, uncooked berries. DS had berry flavored things for months. But when we gave him fresh strawberries we quickly learned he was allergic. I think we gave fresh strawberries around 13 months. Would've done it sooner but they just weren't in season.

Oh wow. Now that you say this, that makes sense. I have done berries in yogurt and baby food but not fresh. Now nervous. Lol.

5 months. Dd eats fresh strawberries and bananas almost everyday for breakfast. It is her favorite.

DD had reflux so I didn't do any citrus until after a year.
Berries maybe at a year or so

my doctor says no berries or mangos and i think pineapples and watermelon to. I can't remember if we start introducing them at 12 months or after that. i think its an allegry thing.
