Gas drops
Do they cause constipation? I find that whenever I give them to my son (10 weeks) he does t poop for two days after. Because of this I try not to give them to him.

Hmm maybe I'm not using them correct toy? How often do you give to your little ones? Do you put it in their milk or just squirt into mouth?

Gas drops
I have questioned them too. I was having a problem with DD. I stopped the drops at every feeding and she doesn't get them much anymore. Her belly seems better.

I gave him them on Saturday because he was having a horrible time. They worked but now he had one hard dark poop yesterday at 3 am and nothing before then. Today he had a tiny little one but it's not the normal texture and color. Again very dark and a little hard. Not like pebbles but not mushy. Sorry for the bad visual lol. He seems fine though. So that's why I was questioning the drops.

Gas drops
It may just be a fluke since it was one time. I was giving them to her every bottle. Oh don't worry about the visuals, since having her I never thought I would celebrate a "good" poop ... Ever! Lol
I am on my 3rd formula because of the gas , spit up, and fussiness and constipation. We resorted to using the thermometer to get her to go a few times. But knock on wood she seems to be doing great.

Gas drops
In my experience with infant constipation, it isn't the gas drops. Try adding extra water to his formula bottles along with some prune concentrate. My DS had hard stool and constipation until we switched his formula.
