Milk?
What milk do you use? DD will be trying it for the first time! I'm nervous she won't get the proper vitamins without formula.

She should be getting all vitamins and nutrition from food at the point they switch to milk.
Milk is for calcium not all the nutrition

Milk?
Whole milk organic from trader joes or whole foods. They seem to be the only ones who carry pasrtuized not ultra pasrtuized. Ultra pasteurized means they kill off all of natural bacteria. It lasts longer but not as good for you

SHe will get nutrition because you can start giving her multi vitamin along with milk.

Either organic whole milk or at least milk with out hormones and antibiotics. We mixed it with formula and made it a gradual change. I offer lots a variety in her diet and I put her vitamin in watered down apple juice.
