Once again the dress is 2 sizes too small. This probably would have looked gorgeous on her, if it fit better. She's just one popped stitch away from showing the world her who-ha.... (again)
I do think Her face and hair look very soft & lovely.

I think she is a genius. If she dressed nicely she wouldn't be anyone special. There are plenty of women much better looking than her that dress "nicely". She dresses this way so we can all say "WTF is that!" and hence she stays relevant.

She can dress however she wants for publicity. Just sad that she ended up with a a vogue cover when she always looks awful or her clothes when nice don't fit
