This is just stupid. It's obvious that person is just pressing a release button. I guess it is supposed to look like fake vomiting? I'm at the point where I don't care what anyone says, this is NOT art!!!
Sadly, not fake. I read an article this morning explaining that the woman is a "Vomit artist" or something like that. She drinks colored liquids and throws up on canvas. So...lovely? 
I swear the entire world has gone mad. It's scary.

I laughed because also at some point during the concert she was screaming about how pop music sucks.
OK, if pop music sucks (yes) then please stop polluting our ears. What do you think you are singing, country?
