Sarah Hyland Allegedly Assaulted at 'Modern Family' Party
Modern Family star Sarah Hyland was allegedly assaulted Tuesday night at a Modern Family party in Sydney, Australia.
Modern Family star Sarah Hyland, 23, was posing with fans outside the Modern Family party hosted by Qantas Tuesday in Sydney, Australia, when she was allegedly groped by a male fan.
According to E! News, Hyland became visibly emotional and teared up after the alleged fan grabbed her breast. Security intervened after she screamed, "Don't touch me there!," the news source reports. The New South Wales police confirmed that a 29-year-old man was arrested in relation to the incident.
Hyland took to Twitter to address her fans after she abruptly left the party.

Sorry to all the fans outside the #qantas event that I didn't get to say hi to but I had to leave due to an inappropriate touch of a fan

Her longtime boyfriend, actor Matt Prokop, also tweeted strong words Tuesday following the incident.
"To the a**hole who assaulted Sarah tonight I hope to God you don't see next week," he tweeted. "All Sarah wanted to do tonight was say hi to the girls who were waiting outside one douche can ruin it for everyone. Goodnight."
WTH is wrong with people! Keep you damn hands to yourself!
