Hello Hello - I HAD MY BABY BOY!!!
I know I know. I've been MIA for a bit. Here's why. At my 30 week check up I was told I was 2cm and I needed to be on strict bed rest for at least 6 weeks. I didn't want to be a downer and come on here to complain so I decided to stay away. I will say I was not alone. I had (and still do) amazing support from some wonderful women. You know who you are. Thank you so much for being there!!! I LOVE YOU 
Here's my story I shred on FB
On January 19th at 40w3d I woke up a little after 1am to what I thought was a stomach ache from to much cake I ate at 9pm the night before. Took a dump and felt better. A few minutes later I felt more pain. Didn't think much of it. A few more minutes pass by same thing. Took another dump and felt ok. Then the fun starts. From that moment on every 2 mins I was in horrible pain from contractions! ! They lasted almost a minute long. Called MIL to come to our house. Took her almost an hour to get to get to us!!! Can't blame her. She thought I was in early labor and had time. Worst hour of my life because now the contractions were coming every minute and lasting a minute. Left the house at around 230am. I was screaming like a mad person!! Once DH got on the NSP he was doing 90. We got pulled over by a trooper!! He heard me screaming DH told him I was in labor. Thank god he let us go!! The entire car ride I fought so hard not to push. We got to the lobby I couldn't sit down because I could feel his head!! Once the contraction stopped I sat down and had DH rush me to l&d. Got off the elevator and I was once again screaming like crazy saying he's coming I can feel him I need to push!!! I couldn't take my clothes off so they did it for me. I look around and there was about 8 nurses in there trying to set things up just in case. They did the internal and I was 10 cm. First push came and went. Luckily my doctor was at the hospital and by the time he made it to my room I was ready to push again and I was crowning! !! I kept saying I feel like I need to shit!!! Lol Third push I heard them say keep going keep going he's almost out don't stop and poof out he was!!! They put him right on my chest!! I wasn't expecting that because they didn't do that with Tiny Tot. I'm still in shock how fast it all went and I did it with no epi! The entire experience was the worst pain of my life. But I wouldn't change it at all. He latched on and nursed!! Surprisingly I felt great. Mild cramping. I think it's because I didn't deal with epi withdrawal. I'm sure I'm forgetting something but who gives a shit.lol So there you have it. Brandon Matthew. Born 1/19/2014 @ 3:01am 7 pounds 11 ounces 21 inches long. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
