overall, this was probably one of the best shows in YEARS!!!!! I mean Paul McCartney and Dave Grohl...Ringo and Paul....Stevie Wonder with Daft Punk....Steven Tyler with Smokey Robinson....Macklemore with Madonna.....Nine Inch Nails, QOTSA with Dave Grohl and Lindsey Buckingham! Dave Grohl, Krist Novoselic and Pat Smear all back on stage together! Pinks performance! SO many amazing things happened tonight!

one of the best grammy's I've seen in a very long while.
I LOVED the highwaymen / willie nelson, kris kristofferson, merle haggard, blake shelton performance. Even though willie started off a bit fast it just gave me chills to hear them singing together.
LOVED Pharell, daft punk and stevie wonder performance.
Pink is sick as usual...love her aerial performance...but can't stand the guy from FUN. He annoys me endlessly.
LOVED Kacey Musgraves performance. I had never heard of her but When I heard her I loved it...the lyrics...her style reminds me of jenny lewis with the watson twins and I loved her funky dress! (legs for DAYS)
Metallica performance...LOVED the band performance, they've still got it but I could have done without the pianist and the vocals were too low.
Macklemore...the wedding had me in tears...so emotional...MAdonna needs to just give up. She looked like she should have come out on a jazzy scooter.

I missed taylors reaction need to go back on dvr...
I thought metallica sounded ***** amazing why so many of you hatin? The piano was pretty kool addition to try to change it up a bit. I mean one is an amazing song... metallica kicks ass they are true metal and it was nice to see that on the grammys...
Macklemore was unbelievable with queen latifah coming out and all those marriages. I was crying... i was telling mydd whose too young to understand how important this was. And how beautiful the song is... thats a real artist anda real song. It evokes an emotion in me...
Madonna needs to hang it up. She didnt sound good and she looks 90. She could barely move. Im sick of her suits. Her hats and her glove. Stop trying to distract us from your face. Your old accept it and move on. It will be easier for everyone including your poor kids. And yes i see her as that mom who tries to wear her daughters clothes. Hang out with her daughters friends cause she thinks shes the kool mom... meanwhile shes just embarrassing her daughter...

My basic summary of the Grammys is that I loved the performances, and was not thrilled with most of the winners.
And my joke for the night was that Daft Punk got lucky. 
Loved Carole King and Sara Bareilles. Pink was absolutely amazing. I thought Sir Paul was great, of course. Definitely wasn't Metallica's best performance, but I still enjoyed seeing them. Thought Kacey Musgrove's song was hilarious. Madonna looks like plastic, and didn't even sound good.

Yes, Metallica is great and now a staple and symbol of metal. If the Grammy's wanted real metal, they wouldn't have paired Metallica with a pianist. That's even being nice, considering Metallica is barely relevant anymore in today's metal/rock landscape. Right now Metallica is stuck in the classic rock realm until they do something new (and good!)
If they wanted today's metal, today's rock there were plenty of other choices. Hello, Avenged Sevenfold, who's album debuted at number 1 on the Billboard charts. And not even a nomination? Instead, lets nominate "Alabama Shakes" for some rock awards?

They ran credits and cut the last 30-60 seconds of the song off.
And the mix/levels was horrible for Copy of A - but that's sort of what I expected.
