It's tough to tell since so many of them have had work done.
Not sure she has. If so, it doesn't seem to be much.

Looking at this pick, you can see what the 80 year old version of her is going to look like.
I never thought she was stunning but more cute. As she gets older she less cute.

Yeah, it doesn't seem like she's had any work done, which I applaud. But she's looking rough here. I think it's around the eyes- she looks great when she's got a pair of shades on.
ETA: Plus this dress is just terrible.

Yes!! I thought that was so bizarre!
It was so sad to me. That in all these years, she's never been on stage before last night to accept an award, so she's never acknowledged Buffy before. She wasn't being recognized for that, so it felt strange for her to mention it.
As for her look...it's so washed out. Not my favorite look on her...she looks much better in jeans and a more casual look.

She kind of has a point though--although she has worked a lot, she is most known for Buffy, and those fans are crazy! So, in a way, much of her subsequent success can be credited in part to her fans who have followed her since Buffy.
