Ok then what about any number of people? How is it different then any pic like this taken at a newborn photo shoot. I think it's strictly because it's Kim's baby that it's frowned on and that is sad. Yes she is a douche but still it's not the babies fault, and it is a cute picture!
I'd probably roll my eyes at anyone who did it and reiterate my same comment...

Most people who do that don't have an e-ring the size of their newborn's head. 
Anyway, I get that it's a popular type of photo and the baby's little hand is cute (don't want to get flamed ) but I am just tired of Kim K.
