Can't answer the coupon ques at BBB, but just wanted to let you know that Amazon has a good price on the Diono Radian RXT. That's where I bought mine from.
Try calling BBB with your coupon question.

Before you buy the seat - what car do you have? This seat does not work well with every vehicle.
I'm not the OP, but I'm interested in how this car seat would work in either an Acura RDX or Volvo S80.

right now i have a jeep liberty renegade but hoping to trade and get a tahoe for baby #2

First - are we talking rear or forward?
Rear it will not work well in either car easily - forward only will work in the Volvo well.
The Radian is a nice seat but is not one I would recommend as a first choice. Its main selling point is that it is narrow and gives families with 3 children the option of fitting 3 across easier.

This is not a seat I normally recommend as a first choice, that said it does not work well in the jeep but can work in the Tahoe.

Not every vehicle rear seats are configured the same, some are sloped, some have LATCH connection at the bottom some have LATCH 5" above. Some rear seats are contoured and have bumps or bolsters in them
There is no standardization with regard to seat belts and LATCH. There is no standardization between the design of rear seats with regard to the slope of the seat and the way the back of the seat meets the seat itself.
There is no standardization between child safety seats. The width of the base of some or the way they angle. Some are solid, some are two piece.
Infant carriers are all different. The Peg Perago foot is 3" behind the face so it tends to rise up in some vehicles. In fact there are many cases where some seats are just not compatible with some cars at all and you have to exchange seats to find one that works.
The reason 90% of all car seats installed by parents are wrong is because of compatibility and not knowing certain tricks to make them work.
When I give recommendations it is based on the fact that I have installed over 17,000 seats in the past 16 years. I have seen just about every car and every seat combination over the years. The Radian in this case is a good seat but the rear facing foot causes some difficulty in easy installation.
The best seat is the one you can afford, the one that fits your car and the one that you can use easily every time. Not every seat meets that.
Can we get every set to fit every car? No, but we can maneuver some to work. But, not everyone has that skill and if I have problems, imagine a parent that has never installed a seat. So my recommendations are based on parents and their ability to do it correctly every time.
If you have any question I invite parents that have come to mine or other fitting stations to jump in here.

Hmmm interesting to know. I've heard such great things about the seat...but I guess it's a good thing to hear that the $300+ seat isn't my best option. Right now I have my son in the Graco Simpson racing seat which seams like it's just like the nautilus, just a "racing" style upgrade. What I liked about the radian is that it said it could be used from birth on and was durable with the steel frame. I suppose if there is something equally as durable that would be fine...but what do you recommend from birth on? I still have DS's infant seat and it has not expired so I could always use that but was hoping for something more plush.

To be honest getting a seat from birth to booster is not really the best option. I recommend the infant carrier to start with then a straight convertible. Many parents never use the seats as boosters because in all honesty they start to get old and used looking.
As far as durable, the frame in most seats is not the issue over time it is the padding and cover. All seats must pass standards so there is no safer seat than others. If you want to spend the money the Britax cushions hold up great. At this point for more specific questions on this topic please FM me.

We got a Radian when we had our second child was born but we used it for our older child. We have only used the Radian as a forward seat. We love it! I have 2 of them in my car.
When the second was born, the newborn was rear facing in an infant car seat.
