I don't think it's bad at all. I'm not a fan of the cropped shirts, but they are very in right now. At least she can pull it off.

I think she is very pretty. She looks more like a Kardashian than a Jenner. At least compared to Kendall.
I don't think the outfit is that terrible since she is young and has the body for it. IMO it's a bit much for a 16yr old but lets face it, she's not your average 16yr old

Honestly I think she is beautiful and this outfit is appropriate for a 16 year old and much better than how her family dresses as well as other teens in media.
You mean to say if she wasn't at a family party and you saw someone's daughter that looked like her you'd think she wasn't pretty? I find that hard to believe.
I just don't like the bruise showing at the slit part of her skirt!

She is far from ugly and plain looking. I think Kendall is much prettier than her, but she was no way hit with the ugly stick.
While I think some of her outfit choices are a bit too mature for a 16 year old, this one is probably something most of us would see on 16 year olds we know.
