Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans is reported to be pregnant with her second baby.
It will be the 21-year-old and her boyfriend Nathan Griffith's first child together.
'Jenelle is definitely pregnant,' a source told In Touch Weekly while another source added that the reality star 'has only told her closest friends and a few people in her family.'
However, despite Wednesday's happy news, Evans still does not have custody of her four-year-old son Jace with her mother Barbara currently in charge of the youngster.
'Jenelle is obviously going to go through with the pregnancy, but is scared of all the backlash from haters who still judge her for not having custody of her son, Jace,' the source continued.
But the new pregnancy is unlikely to help
Jenelle regain custody, says a source.
'It sucks,' said the insider. 'I know she wants to prove she's doing better, but having another baby without custody of her first isn't helping.'
The couple are said to have planned the baby, with E! reporting that she told friends over the summer that they were 'trying.'
It is not yet clear how far Jenelle is in her pregnancy, but E! claims MTV, who airs Teen Mom 2, has already filmed her doctor's appointment for season five.
and that the network plans on making Evans' pregnancy part of her upcoming storyline.
Griffith also has a daughter, Emery, 2, from a previous relationship.
To make this situation even more interesting, Evans is still legally married to Courtland Rogers, who is currently in jail, and E! News learns that there are "no plans to divorce."
On August 12, Jenelle was in court to answer charges from her April 23 arrest for possession of heroin, prescription drugs, drug paraphernalia and assault of her estranged husband, Courtland Rogers.

How is there another season of Teen Mom 2 coming out. I thought all these girls where finished. They already have a Teen Mom 3.

Her mother still has custody of him but she gets visitation.

How is there another season of Teen Mom 2 coming out. I thought all these girls where finished. They already have a Teen Mom 3.
They've always ran more than one season. Teen Mom and Teen Mom 2 were both on the air, just at different times of year. Teen Mom 2 is coming back for another season but Teen Mom 3 has been cancelled.

its people like this who make me so mad that i and thousands of other women have to deal with infertility but some women can just look fertile and become pregnant - when they are the most irresponsible

She was also arrested last night. Again.
Jenelle Evans, who just last week confirmed her pregnancy, was arrested today for public nuisance when police were called to her home after a fight broke out between the Teen Mom and her boyfriend.
Jenelle and Nathan Griffin were believed to be having a heated argument before she threw him out of the home, locking him out in the process.
A neighbor tells In Touch, "Jenelle must have gotten into a fight with her boyfriend, and locked him out of the house. He was banging on the door, and someone must've called the cops.
"They showed up soon after and Jenelle was originally hesitant to let them in. When she finally opened up, they went inside and next thing you know she was being brought out in handcuffs."
Patrick Dowling, Public Information Officer for North Myrtle Beach tells In Touch, "She was arrested at about 6pm tonight on a charge of Breach of Peace and has been released on bond. I will not have details until Monday when I can get an incident report."
This is one of several arrests for the troubled Teen Mom 2 star. In April of this year, Jenelle was arrested for heroin possession and domestic assault. Then in August, she was arrested for failing a drug test that was part of her plea deal for the heroin charge.
The 21-year-old admitted she was pregnant with her second child last week after it was first reported by In Touch. She currently does not have custody of her four-year-old son Jace but a source told In Touch she is hoping this second baby will help her regain custody.
Let's hope she can stay on the straight and narrow now that she is having a child with Nathan!
God, she is such trash. And Nathan is no better. He was charged with his second or third DUI a few months ago (amongst other charges). He has a little girl with is ex-wife and neither he nor the ex have custody of her (the ex-wife's parents do).

I really feel sad for both jace and her unborn child....they don't deserve a mother as irresponsible as her... And now poor Barbara will end up raising 2 of her grandchildren. Very sad situation!

What kills me is that there are so many couples out there who are stable and want a family but can't conceive and people like this have no issues. Agh!

Oh yeah I guess your right. Forgot they ran together. I actually thought teen mom 2 was done for good because of Janelle. Network didn't want to deal with her anymore or something like that. Guess not.
Teen mom 3 was just awful. So boring!!

I thought so too. I remember Teen Mom got cancelled because of Amber's legal woes, they really need to let her go too.
