BFing moms who exercise....?

What do you wear to keep the girls supported, that doesn't hurt? Especially early on? I am currently a 36DD (I was 32B pre-pregnancy), and I'm still early into BFing (7 weeks) so my boobs are still adjusting. I've slowly started working out again and did a fairly high impact workout today. I wore a real bra and a sports bra over and was super uncomfortable, but my nursing bras are in NO way supportive enough. Any tips?

I bought a (crazy expensive) super supportive sports bra called the moving comfort Juno. It adjusts from both the straps and at the waist band so you can really keep them in place.

A few more weeks though and you should find it a bit more comfortable, maybe just keep to less bouncy excercise for a little while

I wear underwire sports bra AND and a workout top that has built in support. After 3 /4 months of BF my breasts adjusted & are not so huge..now im close to my reg size 38DD/DDD. working out is a challenge. Weights, walking low impact DVDs work for me for now

Destination maternity has "sports bras" that are used for breast feeding too. I was the same size and now too am a 36dd. I went running the other day and um, my milk boobs were flying everywhere lol.
I'm going to try an under armour bra tomorrow and see if that helps. Squeeze my big friends into their old little friends bra and see if that is enough support. Will let you know!

I wore a bravado nursing bra under a nursing tank and it worked well
