I think it's not the hair as much a her crazy thinness. if she was a normal size the hair would look so much better. this way she looks like a bobble head.

I agree.
That is not a bad haircut, in general.
On someone with a fuller face it would look great.
It's just that her face is so sharp and angular and boney- and this haircut does NOTHING for it.
