nursing bra recommendations and ?s
i'm pregnant with my 1st and planning to EBF. the world of nursing bras is very foreign to me. what do i need? typically, i'm a 34D and have no idea what i'll be working with once my milk comes in.
if you had similar support needs, what nursing bras did you like?
more ?s...
- will i need to sleep in a bra every night? is this usually a different type of bra than for daytime?
- when i go back to work and will be pumping, are nursing bras still the best option for the workday?
- anything else i need to know about nursing bras/tanks?
sorry if these questions seem intuitive or basic, but i really have no idea. thanks!

I highly recommend taking a trip into the city to the Upper Breast Side after you have the baby. They have tons of BF resources and products. They have a great selection of really supportive nursing bras. Do not buy anything until the baby arrives - you have no idea what size you will need.
I don't sleep in a bra. I usually sleep in a nursing tank, but sometimes I just sleep topless.
I still wear nursing bras to work - definitely makes it easier to pump.
I like the Pea in the Pod tanks - expensive, but worth it IMO. They have slight padding that masks things that shouldn't be seen!

My only recc is to get sports bras for home and sleeping. They are comfy, and easy to just lift up. I didn't find any nursing ones I liked.
