Her face looks oddly puffy along the jowl-line.
The makeup is too harsh, makes her look older as well.

People are speculating shes pregnant again and thats why her face looks odd.. Id love for her to be pregnant again but I highly doubt she is lol

That was the 1st thing I thought of! I remember when she had the 1st outing after the hospital thing and she looked like this. I hope so!
