At 16 if I ever dressed like that my father would kill me....
However I know her father rarely gets a say in anything in that household, but still.

I hate the whole family but I have to say this is no different than any other 16 YO model.
They all are very young and dressed up like this.
Kylie is getting into modeling so this does not surprise me one bit. Its the industry.

I've seen less clothing on pre teens walking through northport village. Not saying I agree with it, just I'm not shocked by the photo.
