28 weeks: Your baby is about the size of a large eggplant
Your baby now weighs about 2 1/4 pounds, is almost 15 inches long from head to heel, and can blink her eyes (which now sport lashes).

20 weeks today! I can't believe I'm already halfway there!!
Baby's digestive system is busy creating meconium (a tarry black substance made of swallowed amniotic fluid, digestive secretion and dead cells), which will fill the first diaper after birth. And, speaking of the diaper situation... baby's genitals are now fully formed!
Now let's hope baby cooperates so the tech can see those fully formed genitals on Tuesday!

Your baby is almost three inches long now, about the size of a passion fruit. Fingernails, toenails, and bones are forming, and a fine layer of hair covers most of her body.

37 weeks 1 day: Ginormosaurus Rex!!
In all seriousness, LO weighed 6lb3oz (estimate) at my 35w sonogram on 10-10 so I can only imagine what he weighs now. Big babies run in my family so no surprise there. They're expecting me to have a ~9lb baby again.
