Honestly I don't think anyone should tear her up or pick on her right now. How good would you look if your fiancée died suddenly? and died of an overdose when you thought he was clean?
Ive looked worse after being broken up with... Sorry but she is clearly hurting and I agree with the above poster who stated this is a 'grief diet'... My heart goes out to her...

Nope - I agree 100%. Blind Gossip had it down to evvvvvvvvvvvvvvery little detail too. Was spot on. Totally fake.
