Breaking Bad fans come in! Would love to hear everyone's take on the final episodes and predictions!
I know that there has to be other fanatics out there besides me
Just a few observations about the past 2 episodes.. Feel free to share yours and make predictions! I love to hear other peoples take
1) I noticed the license plate on Saul's car when they met Jesse in the desert. Someone was leaning against the car partially obstructing the license plate to make it say WYRUP. After that episode, the online chatter showed that other people noticed the same thing. In the last episode, Hank tries to get Jesse to wear the wire, so maybe that little hidden clue was significant.
2) In the last episode, the scene where Todd and his uncle are in the diner, I am wondering if that is a cut scene to the future, after they have killed Walt. If it is a future scene and they have actually just killed someone (guessing because of the blood he wipes off of his shoe) I don't think Jesse was the one murdered because of how Todd tells the story about the train. He references Jesse as "this guy Jesse", I think if it was him they just killed they would not refer to him that way. Maybe it was just an after scene to when they killed all of those guys at the underground meth lab, but the writers are always throwing a curveball, so you never know.
3) I think Jesse's cutting out to the bathroom and messing up the meeting at the plaza are significant. For some reason he doesn't want Hank to catch Walt. Its either because he realizes that Walt does care about him to some extent or because he is going to seek revenge elsewhere.

I didnt read about the WYRUP thing until after but I wouldnt be surprised if that was intentional.
I thought the diner scene was def supposed to be finishing up where the previous episode left off (where Lydia called them all in to clean house and kill all of the guys who were sloppily cooking for them). I am pretty sure they didnt kill Walt there because Todd called Walt outside before/after (cant remember which but it was part of that scene).
I am curious what Jesse actually told Hank, because they didnt show his confession. I feel like there has to be something there, some twist, even if he hates Walt I think there is some significance to us not seeing what Jesse told them.
As far as hitting Walt where he really lives, there is chatter about it meaning his family but I think it means the lab. I tihnk he might do something to sabotage his legacy or start cooking again to bring Walt out of the woodwork and really "destroy him." Walt is out of the business now and may be dying of cancer, and he is resting on his laurels. I think Jesse is going to use the fact that he is the only other person out there who can cook Walt-quality meth to do something to screw with Walt. I'm not sure what, but I also think it would be interesting for the show to go back to basics a little with the cooking aspect. It also would tie neatly in a bow with Lydia killing off the old cooks and needing someone who can cook better quality. Everything in these last 8 is important ... maybe that's how he will lure Walt back AND destroy him emotionally...
I am team Jesse and would also like to see him come out on top

I just don't see Walt living in the series finale. He is an anti-hero and those guys go out with a bang in movies and tv. For me there is just no way you can end the series without Walt's death.
Jesse should live though - I feel like he needs to be the one to pull the trigger on Walt. Everything that has gone wrong in his life was due to Walt's master manipulation. The one who has earned the right to end his life is definitely Jesse.
I'm wondering who else might not make it by the end of the finale in a few weeks. Maybe Saul? Hank? Marie? I feel like I have no idea where this show is going to go and that is why I love it so much and wish it could keep going!

I heard there are talks of a spinoff show for Saul but it might be a prequel
edit: I have been reading a lot of user comments on reviews and there is a lot of talk and supposed foreshadowing that something is going to happen to Holly

Walt has to die, like you said, it is just how it goes down in the movies/tv, although I hope he doesn't. I am the rare Walt supporter and I don't like Jessee at all. :D
I don't think Saul will die because he is getting a spin off that was confirmed.

Love to hear everyone's predictions and thoughts.
I don't want Walt to die or go to jail, but I think you are all right, that he will die in the end.
Anyone else think that the money buried in the desert is going to be either stolen, or Walt won't get a chance to tell Skylar or Saul where to find it?
I don't think Jesse wil die, but I'm sure Walt or Todd will try to take him out.

Not sure what's going to happen but the Aryan Brotherhood is in on it.
I think Walt's firepower that he bought in NH was meant for someone bigger than Jesse. Either the AB or the Czechs.
I also wonder if his using Skylar's maiden name/fake id means he is in the witness protection program.
The license plate is LAWYRUP (Lawer up). I don't think it's significant but I do think it's fitting for Saul's car.

The license plate reference came out when Hank asked Jesse to wear a wire. The plate was partially blocked in that scene to make it say WYRUP. Just an interesting observation.
I can't believe the end of this episode, I hope Hank isn't killed!!! I don't want Hank to arrest him, but I don't want to see him dead either. Maybe this is where Walt pretends he was killed and takes on a new identity?

After last nights episode I don't think the shooters are going to let Walt off with just one more cook. Dh and and I were discussing maybe he comes back for the ricin for one of them. I also think Hanks call to Marie was his goodbye. Even if he didn't at shot in the shoot out there is no way they would let a cop live.

Sadly, I think you are right about Hank's call to Marie. I don't want Walt to wind up in jail, but I didn't want to see Hank killed either.
I agree too that they are going to make Walt cook more than once, I bet he uses this to spare Jesse's life, that he won't cook if they kill Jesse. What I don't know is if they will kill Jesse anyway because they now know he is a rat.

My co-worker's theory is Todd will get killed & they'll abduct Jesse & make him cook.
Walt buys the firepower in NH to free Jesse from the Aryan Brotherhood.
I'm thinking Hank has to die.

As soon as Hank called Marie, I knew he was a goner. Those Aryan a**holes were showing up and he was dead. I really wish that I was wrong.

Those AH's are going to die one way or another. Either through the ricin or the machine guns that Walt has in his trunk. I hope that when he goes after them its to save Jesse.
