Re: Any country music fans
Umm Toby !!!!
I mean, he's just amazing - writes everything and so talented. He's old school country. I'm not into 99% of the new and young ones except for the few who are more outlaw country... And the prime example of that nowadays is Eric Church. I feel like Eric is Toby twenty years ago when he first started out. I have been listening to Eric since Caldwell County when he was playing to five people in the lobby of motels haha!! He is fantastic.
Toby, Eric, Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard, Hank Williams, Alan Jackson, etc. They don't make them like that anymore! I've been listening - and took a lot of shit from people because of it - since I was born. It wasn't always considered cool and actually, it was deemed ridiculous to live on LI and listen the way I did - esp when I was school-aged but I didn't care

Re: Any country music fans
I have lots of favorites for different scenarios. I pretty much like all of the above artists. Tim McGraw is one that I just can't get into.
These are the songs that get me going lately and some of my all time faves -
Smoke a little Smoke - Eric Church
Country Girl shake it for me - Luke Bryan
Where the boat leaves from - ZBB
Joey - Sugarland
Something about a truck - Kip Moore
Nothing but the radio on - Gary Allan
Here for a good time - Lady Antebellum
Ticks, It Did, american saturday night - Brad Paisley
Redneck Yacht Club - Craig Morgan
Fishin in the Dark - Nitty gritty dirt band
Your man - Josh Turner
What was I thinking, come a little closer - dierks Bentley
Pretty much any Kenny Chesney, Johnny Cash song
