Paula Deen Lawsuit completely dismissed
And former employee that sued her releases a statement saying "paula dean is not personally responsible," Adding, "The Paula Deen I have known for more than eight years is a woman of compassion and kindness and will never tolerate discrimination or racism of any kind toward anyone."

No monetary or awards of any type were issued in the settlement. Unbelievable.

Paula Deen Lawsuit completely dismissed
So what happens now, all her sponsors come crawling back? I can see QVC & Food Network asking her back. QVC said in their statement when they parted ways that they would always reconsider bringing her back.

Paula Deen Lawsuit completely dismissed
The people magazine article mentioned that they reached a settlement. I'm guessing the "no fees and costs" paid refers to the legal fees. . .I imagine she still received money from Deen's brother. According to the deposition, there appeared to be a lot of evidence and witness testimony against Deen's brother. I'm not a Paula Deen fan at all (largely due to her not revealing she had high blood pressure until she had partnered with a pharmaceutical), and I do think her answer of "of course" when asked if she ever used the N-word is despicable, but I do think she was prematurely destroyed by this.
