THe baby appears to be over somebody's shoulder which means they are being fully supported by somebody who probably has their hand on the baby's back. I think the baby appears to be the "right" size/whatever for a 2.5 month old.
And she's beautiful. I see tons of Kim in her.

She is adorable! I don't like North, but Nori is super cute. I hate to admit it but watching the show today I sorta love them :(

I love how people have to find something to rip apart when it comes to Kim Kardashian.
She looks bigger than 2 months??? Really it's a shot of just her head! How can you tell anything about the baby but how cute she is???

She's a beauty but you're right. She does look older than 2 months..
She's very cute but big for 2 months considering she was born 1 month early.
I think she looks small compared to whoevers shoulder that is. And she doesn't have to have perfect neck control to get that pic.

That is one cute baby! I see a mix of Kim & Kanye...and even some Kourtney.
I'm surprised she isn't decked out in pink or some blingy outfit, something more girly, or at least a headband/bow. Regardless, she's absolutely adorable
