Tameka is now filing for an emergency hearing to get custody back of the two boys. She says that Usher shouldn't have full custody of them because he does not care for them but instead has others do his parenting work.
That's a crock. Plenty of people, in real life and the celebrity world, have help caring for their kids. That doesn't mean the parent is unfit.

I'm reading up on how Usher got full custody. So far I haven't seen anything that she was unfit to take care of them.
But I did find out Ushers lawyer had a very close relationship with the judge on the case. He was the treasurer on his election campaign. HOW was he (the judge) even allowed to be on this case?!
Something isn't right about this.
Usher than called Tameka after the ruling and she taped the phone call. This is something he said to her:
“How does it feel to lose custody of your children? One day, I will tell my boys that they once had a mother.”
I hope she fights and gets a better lawyer this time!

Here's an update from Usher on FB:
I am blessed and fortunate to say that my son Usher V is doing well and is recovering. I am overwhelmed by the outpouring of prayers, love and support for my family’s well-being. I would like to thank my Aunt Rena as well as the doctors and nurses who are working with us around the clock. I would especially like to thank the two men who saved my son's life, Eugene Stachurski and Ben Crews. They are true heroes and I am deeply grateful to them
