Toddler Sized back packs?
Has anyone seen them in-store? I saw BBB had them but only a few styles and wanted to check out some more. TIA!

Toddler Sized back packs?
I don't know if they have them in the store, but Pottery Barn Kids has them online.

We got at BRU and I believe I've seen them at Kohls. Lots of backpack styles are out now.
Could order online too.

Toddler Sized back packs?
skip hop makes a toddler size backpack. I think target has it but I got one for my nephew on amazon

I saw some cutesy ones at Barnes and Noble in the kids section.
ETA: I think they were skip-hop brand

I got one from PBK and love it! They have several sizes. I got the smallest one and it fits 2 y/o DD perfectly. It fits an extra outfit, diaper, & toy. Plus front & side pockets. Her sippy fits just right in the pocket. And she loves to wear it when we visit grandmas house, etc.

I got my DS a Cars one in Target (Westbury) in January. Not sure if they still have them.

So....
The toddler pottery barn ones are so teeny in real life, I decided against them. The "small size" would work for one brand, but they were not available with any patch except a football. The Spider-Man collection fit the best, but DS doesn't know Spider-Man (and I hate promoting characters). A third brand had a snap across the chest and DS loved to close, but couldn't open it.
Hanna Anderson had good sizes, but aggressive designs.
Skip hop was so cute, but DS will be in a mixed class and I was afraid it was too babyish.
I didn't want a commercial character on it (I try!)
Lands end had cute bags, but boring patches for boys.
So, I went with Gymboree. Their space back back was adorable, DS loved it and it fit him (a bit big).

Glad I'm not the only one with back pack "issues"!
 I might just go with the Skip Hop lady bug one from BBB after all.

This is exactly what we did. Her preschool teachers love that her name is on it.
