Not a fan of the outfit but this is seriously the best I have seen her look in years.
I think it's the fact that she grew her hair (or got extensions.)
ETA- looking again- I actually like the skirt. Just not that top!

I think she looks great! It's not an outfit I would wear, but it looks nice on her and she really looks fantastic.

I've always thought she looked so much prettier with long blonde hair. She looks polished, and very well put together.
I remember when she used to look like she hadn't showered in months. So this, is a vast improvement.
