Big Brother Racists???
My husband just sent me this link and I am beyond disgusted. I have watched this from season one but if they let this continue I may be done w BB for good!

I read that this morning...what asshats...hello, having those thought in your brain is disgusting enough but to SAY IT WHEN CAMERAS ARE ON YOU 24/7 is straight-up stupid.
Didn't change my opinion on some of them (some are just clearly idiots, something I deemed after last week's premiere lol) but Spencer...dang...I didn't take him to be that way.
I do hope that they address this in some way.
And that Julie Chen is all like "hey, racists...don't forget, I'm Asian and this show is partially scripted!"

Eh, I don't really find it surprising. There are many stupid, ignorant, and even racist idiots in the world spewing dumb $hit. I'm not easily offended by any means so I will keep watching BB and just chalk it up to some people are morons. The comments are not a reflection of CBS or the show itself, it is the individuals on the show who are making themselves look stupid for all the world to see.

I have to agree that the words don't surprise me, but I AM surprised that on a show with cameras on you 24/7 in which you have to make the audience like you to win that people would be stupid enough to say these things out loud. I also agree with this:
Former "Big Brother" contestant Ragan Fox wrote an open letter to the "Big Brother" production team, urging them to actually air the racist comments on the show's CBS broadcast, to provide a full picture of how these contestants actually treat other people. "What’s the point of casting racial, ethnic, and sexual minorities if production’s going to edit out the racism, ethnic discrimination, and homophobia that these people encounter inside the house?" he asks.

You're right. There are plenty of disgusting people in this world. But there are also, most likely, MILLIONS trying to get on this show. And out of those millions, ya can't find people who aren't this way? I know Ratings Ratings Ratings and the more stupid you are, less clothes you wear, get's viewers. But so do the good guys.
I like what the PP put about a former BB guest stating they should show that stuff, and they should. America is voting for their MVP this time around. I know who I'll be steering clear of.
