That's because it is not spackled with makeup, her face is fuller but it looks good.
Don't like the dual slits either.

it's so disturbing to me how her pregnancy has made her facial plastic surgery SO prominent and obvious - her face looks fake.
we all KNOW she's had a ton of plastic surgery and wears a gallon of perfectly contoured makeup - but it never really was blatantly obvious to me until now
