starting oatmeal
So I am going to introduce oatmeal to my DS. The package says 1 tablespoon oatmeal with 5 tablespoon breastmilk. It says warming optional. Did you warm it? Inam adding cold breastmilk I pumped last night. Thanks!

I used room temperature water & formula mixed- that is what he was used to.

I would probably warm it. I used warm water or freshly pumped milk. I just wanted to add I would probably start with a teaspoon of oatmeal and 5 teaspoons of bm. He'll likely take very little at that first feeding so no need to waste all that pumped milk!

When I use cold formula I warm it. When I use powdered formula, it is room temperature and I do not warm it.

I still heat it with veg and fruit. I'd def heat if cold.
