Amanda Bynes just inexplicably railed on Rihanna on Twitter, saying Chris Brown beat her because she's ugly ... but RiRi got the last word and it was AWESOME.
Bynes tweeted -- and quickly deleted -- "@rihanna Chris Brown beat you because you're not pretty enough."
She followed that up with another insult -- about wanting to name her dog Rihanna. It's unclear what set her off.
RiRi clearly got wind of the deleted tweets, because she just posted the BEST COMEBACK EVER:
"Ya see what happens when they cancel Intervention?"
Don't mess with RiRi.
UPDATE 11:03 AM PT -- Amanda has already responded (and already deleted):
"@rihanna unlike ur fugly faced self I don't do drugs! U need the intervention dog! I met ur ugly face in person! U aren't pretty u know it!"

DH and I keep saying maybe this is one big performance art project and she's observing the human response to celebrities gone bad or something. I just can't wrap my head around the fact that this is Amanda Bynes.

so funny - I thought the same myself.....like it's some social experiment.
or maybe I just hope that's what it is. 
but something just doesn't seem.......right.
her tweets are coherent for the most part....they can't seem to find drugs on her or in her place of residence....she passed whatever psych exam she had....
it's just all so odd.
something about it is off, I just don't know what.

ETA: It's sad that the news that Intervention is canceled is the most shocking part of the OP.

This situation is beyond insane. I remember watching Amanda Bynes in some teeny bopper movie where she was a princess or something like that...she was such a sweet naïve girl. This is SO SO sad and I just don't get it. I honestly feel she must have some sort of mental illness.

where is her family? i know my mother drives me bat-sh*t crazy, but if i were acting like this... you can guarantee my mother would be kicking my ass, having me see a dr, having some legal guardianship put in place, locking me up, sending me to the dominican republic... something to save me from myself

I don't know if this is new or old, but I just read this.

She also tweeted a pic of her and Rhi Rhi with a horrendous caption. She is off her rocker.
Something along the lines of her going to Africa to do charity work and meeting a homeless girl. It's not even remotely funny anymore.
