11 Month old wakes in night hungry

So I know what all the drs say and what tons of people tell me about babies don't NEED the middle of the night bottle. And most nights my daughter doesn't. But is that still the case when she wakes in the middle of the night and doesn't stop until she gets a bottle and sucks an entire bottle dry? Would you still say she doesn't NEED the night time feeding?

Shes pretty much eating the same during the day and same night time bottle and sometimes shes good through the night and other times she wakes once and sucks a full 6 oz bottle dry...

Is this still considered using the bottle to soothe?

She really doesn't 100% know how to self soothe which Im working on but its hard to tell if its shes not self soothing and using the bottle or is she legit hungry???

She just got her first tooth. I don't feel any others yet. But its completely broken through and completely visable.

My DS is 11 months old and has been doing the same thing every couple of nights. I think its either teething or a growth spurt. I still give him a bottle - you cant really listen to what other people say. Every baby is different and your the parent, trust your instincts if you think she needs one, give her one. Shell get past the phase
