Team Umizoomi Cake & Goodybag ideas

DS wants a Team Umizoomi themed birthday. He's obsessed with the show.
He will be 4 the end of the month.

So far I have my SIL making the goodybags for the kids using the charectors and getting blue and green bags.
Not sure what I want to do to fill it with?
Need advise...

We are doing the family party on a Saturday. Just grilling and birthday cake.
Sunday we have the party at a bounce place.
I want to get green and blue balloons. I was thinking of doing a picture of team umizoomi on a flat sheet cake for the party.
I was also thinking of doing Team Umizoomi cupcakes from Sophia's Cure to put in boxes in the goodybags as the favor and maybe throw in some candy.
Thoughts? I just think there will only be about 15 - 20 kids so seems like not much cupcakes. Then I thought I can get extra and serve them Saturday, but then it would be too much.
I know this is getting silly. Just need advise on putting some team umizoomi theme into it.

That sounds good. I did a Team Umizoomi theme for my 2 year old's birthday last year. I bought these little plastic toys and put them on top of the cake since the cartoon isn't well known yet. I also did some creative stuff with numbers, colors, shapes since it matches the theme.

I bought cupcake toppers on etsy. They also gave me stickers to put on the favors. At Toys R Us, they sell these bath toys that are the perfect size for a birthday cake. I bought the toys for a cake but the boys somehow got the toys first so I couldn't put them on the cake!

Thanks! So should I do the cupcakes as favors or just fill the bag with some toys and candy??

I just feel like it's a lot with cake then giving out cupcakes.
If I do a cupcake favor do I also put something else in the goodybag? Just don't want to spend a fortune per bag for each kid. The average age is 1 - 5yrs old.

I called Wegmans and if I bring in a clear picture of the charecters then they said they will put in on the sheet cake.

I recently handed out kites at DS#1's 4th birthday party. They were a huge hit! Toys R Us has decent ones for $3-4. I bought an assortment of them (ninja turtles, disney princess, Barbie, spiderman, etc) and the kids chose the character they wanted.
